Sari Azaria is a full time professional California artist who has had her work exhibited around the world. She has had a strong following and is highly collected. Her work has been featured in private homes that are shown in several Interior Design magazines. Sari was born in Bulgaria , studied art and ceramics at Amamit University in Israel. Starting as a professional ceramist Sari had her work displayed & sold at high end galleries across Europe. In the early 1980's Sari moved to the US at the request of her artist representative. She has had many showings at such prestigious Art shows as Santa Barbara Museum Art Walk, Pasadena Art Walk & the Affaire in the Gardens Beverly Hills Art Show. In the late 1980's Sari took her love of creating art to new levels and started having private and public showings of her paintings and "Altered Art" pieces through-out Southern California. She has been asked to show her work at Beverly Hills art shows, Private homes and many galleries. Sari's style has evolved over the years but always shows a great amount of care, love of color & just a touch of whimsy. Her recent paintings have been sold to people all over the US who have a love of Outsider or primitive art. Most of Sari's paintings show her love of children and animals as there is usually some representation of them in her pictures. Thanks to the incredible age of the internet Sari's work is able to reach many more people around the world. Many stores and galleries all over the US feature pieces of Saris' work. Friends are always amazed when they are traveling and come across a showing of her work. Sari's work is ever evolving and many of her fans & collectors are proud to be able to show the different styles and phases her work has taken over the years. There is always something new, creative and eye catching coming out of her studio. What will be the next must have piece? Only the future and Sari's artistic genus will know for sure.
